Tubular Division

The NTS-8 connections are offered from 1” thru 4-1/2". The NTS-6 connections are offered from 2-3/8" thru 4-1/2". The grades range from J-55 to S-135. Trained operators use the latest in CNC equipment to thread all connections.
	Grit Blasting Grit Blasting of all special and chrome material or performed. Dry Moly coating applications are applied to each connection to prevent galling.
Bolstering In house bolstering services or provided for any special alloy material. The bolstering allows for easier shipment with the least amount of joint to joint damage.
	Inventory Supplier furnished inventory ready for shipment. Heavy duty protectors or applied for shipment.
Drifting & Phosphating All joints are API full length drifted using a teflon tipped drift. This is to prevent any damage to the connections. The full length process ensures the tubes contain no mashed areas and the I.D. is obstruction free.
	Tubular Crating NIS offers a full range of tubular packaging solutions suitable for various transportation modes and storage requirements. Tubulars can be bundled, bolstered or crated in compliance with industry standards as well as with ISPM 15 requirements, and to reduce or eliminate freight forwarding cost.
